Augmented Reality Filters

I love thinking about what makes people tick, laugh or feel engaged with technology and developing these Augmented Reality filters using Effect House was a really fun way to witness how something takes off online and evolves over time with individuals adding their own creativity and personality.

Why I learned Effect House

One of the most significant benefits of using Effect House as a product designer for AR and XR is the ability to see how users are interacting with your designs right away at big scale. The platform provides a live preview of your designs, allowing you to test and adjust your effects and animations on the fly, however the most fascinating part is seeing how users are using my filters. Leveraging this I can make data-driven design decisions and create experiences that are optimized for user engagement and satisfaction.

To this day my effects have been used on 504K posts created, played 6 million times, have 27.7 million likes and 652K shares

I continue to look for trends to create augmented reality filters using Effect House and I am currently working on adding further interactivity to them.

375.4K videos have been created using only this AR Filter. The most popular ones already have millions of views.
